এই ওয়েবসাইট (skillfour.com) পরিচালনা করে স্কিলফোর টেকনোলজি (SkillFour Technology) — একটি একক মালিকানাধীন প্রতিষ্ঠান, ট্রেড লাইসেন্স নং TRAD/DNCC/003583/2026, ঠিকানা: ২১৮/৩/এ, বেগম রোকেয়া সরণী, পশ্চিম কাফরুল, ঢাকা-১২০৭। ওয়েবসাইট ব্যবহার বা কোনো প্যাকেজ কিনলে আপনি এই শর্তাবলীতে সম্মত হচ্ছেন।

১. আমাদের সেবা

Foreign Job Guide ও Deep Dive হলো বিদেশে চাকরি সংক্রান্ত তথ্য ও দিকনির্দেশনামূলক ডিজিটাল সেবা।

আমরা রিক্রুটিং এজেন্সি নই। চাকরি, ভিসা বা বিদেশে যাওয়ার কোনো নিশ্চয়তা আমরা দিই না।
আমরা কোনো সরকার, দূতাবাস, BMET বা নিয়োগকর্তার প্রতিনিধি নই।
তথ্য প্রকাশ্য সূত্র ও গবেষণার ভিত্তিতে তৈরি। নিয়ম, ফি ও বেতন বদলাতে পারে — সিদ্ধান্ত নেওয়ার আগে সংশ্লিষ্ট দূতাবাস ও BMET-এ যাচাই করুন।

২. অ্যাকাউন্ট

প্যাকেজ কিনতে অ্যাকাউন্ট লাগবে; সঠিক তথ্য দিন।
একটি অ্যাকাউন্ট একজন ব্যক্তির ব্যবহারের জন্য। একসাথে একটি ডিভাইসেই লগইন থাকে — নতুন ডিভাইসে লগইন করলে আগেরটি থেকে লগআউট হয়ে যায়।
পাসওয়ার্ড গোপন রাখার দায়িত্ব আপনার।

৩. প্যাকেজ ও অ্যাক্সেস

Deep Dive — ১টি দেশ (৳৩৯৯): যে দেশের Deep Dive পেজ থেকে কেনা হয়, শুধু সেই দেশের Deep Dive (১২টি অধ্যায়) ও তার PDF। এই প্যাকেজে Analysis-এর পুরো রিপোর্ট (কোম্পানির তালিকা, অন-অ্যারাইভাল/সারভাইভাল গাইড, অ্যাকশন প্ল্যান, স্কিল গ্যাপ ও কোর্স, ম্যাচ স্কোর, সুবিধা-অসুবিধা, ট্যাক্স ইত্যাদি) এবং ই-বুক নেই। ফ্রি Analysis সবার জন্য খোলা থাকে।
Starter — ২টি দেশ (৳৪৯৯): ক্রেতার পছন্দের ২টি দেশের Deep Dive ও PDF, ওই ২ দেশের Analysis-এর পুরো রিপোর্ট ও তার PDF, এবং ই-বুক। দেশ কেনার সময় বা পরে Dashboard থেকে বাছাই করা যায়; একবার বাছাই করা দেশ আর বদলানো যায় না। রিপোর্ট ক্রেতার প্রোফাইল থেকে তৈরি হয় — কেনার পর লগইন অবস্থায় প্রথম যে Analysis করা হয়, সেটিই প্যাকেজের সাথে যুক্ত হয়।
Complete — সব দেশ (৳৯৯৯): সব দেশের Deep Dive ও PDF, সেরা ৫টি দেশের রিপোর্ট ও Hidden Gem দেশ, রিপোর্টের PDF এবং ই-বুক। Analysis ছাড়াও কেনা যায়।
আপগ্রেড: ছোট প্যাকেজ থেকে বড় প্যাকেজ নিলে আগে পরিশোধিত টাকা বাদ যায়, তবে সর্বোচ্চ যে প্যাকেজটি আপনার আছে তার দাম পর্যন্ত (যেমন একাধিক ৳৩৯৯ কেনা থাকলেও ৳৩৯৯ বাদ যায়)। একই ধরনের বা ছোট প্যাকেজ কিনলে কোনো টাকা বাদ যায় না।
মূল্য পরিবর্তন হতে পারে; কেনার সময় চেকআউটে দেখানো মূল্যই প্রযোজ্য।
সেবা চালু থাকা পর্যন্ত কেনা কনটেন্টে আপনার অ্যাক্সেস থাকবে।
সব মূল্য বাংলাদেশি টাকায়। পেমেন্ট হয় SSLCommerz-এর মাধ্যমে।

৪. পেমেন্ট

পেমেন্ট হয় SSLCommerz-এর নিরাপদ পেমেন্ট গেটওয়ের মাধ্যমে — ভিসা, মাস্টারকার্ড, আমেরিকান এক্সপ্রেস, বিকাশ, নগদ, রকেট, উপায়সহ বিভিন্ন কার্ড, মোবাইল ব্যাংকিং ও ইন্টারনেট ব্যাংকিং।
আপনার কার্ড বা মোবাইল ব্যাংকিংয়ের তথ্য আমাদের কাছে সংরক্ষিত হয় না।
পেমেন্ট সফল না হলে অর্ডার সম্পন্ন হয় না এবং কোনো প্যাকেজ চালু হয় না।

৫. ডেলিভারি

সব প্যাকেজ ডিজিটাল — কোনো পণ্য পাঠানো হয় না।
পেমেন্ট সফল হলে সাধারণত সঙ্গে সঙ্গেই আপনার অ্যাকাউন্টের Dashboard-এ প্যাকেজের কনটেন্ট (Deep Dive ও PDF, এবং Starter/Complete-এ রিপোর্ট ও ই-বুক) চালু হয়ে যায়, এবং নিশ্চিতকরণ ইমেইল পাঠানো হয়।
কোনো কারণে ২৪ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে অ্যাক্সেস না পেলে অর্ডার নম্বরসহ আমাদের জানান।

৬. ব্যবহারের অনুমতি

কনটেন্ট শুধু আপনার ব্যক্তিগত ব্যবহারের জন্য।
প্রতিটি PDF-এ আপনার নাম, মোবাইল নম্বর, ইমেইল ও অর্ডার নম্বর থাকে। শেয়ার, পুনর্বিক্রয়, কপি বা প্রকাশ করা নিষিদ্ধ।
নিরাপত্তার জন্য একটি অ্যাকাউন্ট থেকে ২৪ ঘণ্টায় সর্বোচ্চ ১৫টি ডাউনলোড করা যায়।
এই শর্ত ভাঙলে রিফান্ড ছাড়াই অ্যাকাউন্ট বন্ধ করা হতে পারে।

৭. রিফান্ড

রিফান্ডের শর্ত ও সময়সীমা জানতে আমাদের রিটার্ন ও রিফান্ড নীতি দেখুন।

৮. দায়বদ্ধতার সীমা

আমরা যত্ন নিয়ে তথ্য দিই, তবে এর ভিত্তিতে নেওয়া সিদ্ধান্ত, কিংবা কোনো এজেন্সি বা তৃতীয় পক্ষের সাথে লেনদেনের ফলাফলের জন্য আমরা দায়ী নই। কোনো ক্ষেত্রেই আমাদের দায় আপনার পরিশোধিত মূল্যের বেশি হবে না।

৯. পরিবর্তন

এই শর্তাবলী সময়ে সময়ে হালনাগাদ হতে পারে। পরিবর্তনের পর সেবা ব্যবহার করলে নতুন শর্তে আপনার সম্মতি ধরা হবে।

১০. প্রযোজ্য আইন

এই শর্তাবলী বাংলাদেশের আইন অনুযায়ী পরিচালিত হবে, এবং যেকোনো বিরোধ ঢাকার আদালতের এখতিয়ারাধীন।

1. Our service

Foreign Job Guide and Deep Dive are digital information and guidance services about working abroad.

We are not a recruiting agency. We do not guarantee a job, a visa or travel abroad.
We do not represent any government, embassy, BMET or employer.
Information is based on public sources and research. Rules, fees and salaries change — verify with the relevant embassy and BMET before deciding.

2. Accounts

An account is required to buy a package; please give accurate details.
An account is for one person. It stays signed in on one device at a time — signing in on a new device signs out the previous one.
You are responsible for keeping your password confidential.

3. Packages and access

Deep Dive — 1 country (৳399): the Deep Dive (12 chapters) and its PDF for the country whose Deep Dive page it was bought from. It does not include the full analysis report (company list, on-arrival/survival guide, action plan, skill gap and courses, match score, pros and cons, tax, etc.) or the e-book. The free analysis stays open to everyone.
Starter — 2 countries (৳499): the Deep Dive and PDF for 2 countries of the buyer’s choice, the full analysis report and its PDF for those 2 countries, and the e-book. Countries can be chosen at purchase or later from the Dashboard; once chosen, a country cannot be changed. The report is built from the buyer’s profile — the first analysis run while logged in after purchase is linked to the package.
Complete — all countries (৳999): the Deep Dive and PDF for every country, the report for the top 5 countries plus the Hidden Gem country, the report PDF, and the e-book. It can be bought without an analysis.
Upgrades: moving to a larger package deducts what you already paid, up to the price of the highest package you own (e.g. owning two ৳399 packages still deducts ৳399). Buying the same or a smaller package earns no deduction.
Prices may change; the price shown at checkout applies.
You keep access to purchased content for as long as the service operates.
All prices are in Bangladeshi Taka. Payments are processed by SSLCommerz.

4. Payment

Payments are processed through the secure SSLCommerz payment gateway — cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express and others), mobile banking (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and others) and internet banking.
Your card or mobile banking details are never stored by us.
If a payment does not succeed, the order is not completed and no package is activated.

5. Delivery

All packages are digital — nothing is shipped.
Once payment succeeds, your report, Deep Dive and e-book are normally activated in your account Dashboard immediately, and a confirmation email is sent.
If you do not get access within 24 hours for any reason, contact us with your order number.

6. Licence to use

Content is for your personal use only.
Each PDF carries your name, mobile number, email and order number. Sharing, reselling, copying or publishing it is prohibited.
For security, an account can make up to 15 downloads in 24 hours.
Breaking these terms may lead to account closure without a refund.

7. Refunds

8. Limitation of liability

We provide information with care, but we are not responsible for decisions made on it, or for the outcome of dealings with any agency or third party. Our liability will never exceed the amount you paid.

9. Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time. Using the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of Dhaka.
